Report to: Deputy GD – Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Develops policies, procedures, guidelines and service standards
  • Manages the different functions to be able to deliver services and meet goals
  • Keeps attuned to customer feedback/comments, resolves complaints, and draws up action plans
  • Manages employee morale through the implementation of various reward, recognition and work-life balance programs
  • Supports Sales/Marketing campaigns and company-wide initiatives (as required)
  • Works and manages relations with the management of the Distribution channel
  • Ensure quality of service delivery of the entire chain
  • Appraises and approves benefit claims within prescribed approval limits
  • Reviews and approves check request within approval limits and initially reviews
  • Attends to all claim inquiries
  • Secures inputs from business experts outside of Claims and consolidates and evaluates all comment
  • Conducts monthly post-audit of claims
  • Conducts training for Claim Analyst
  • Prepares, monitors and controls annual plans and budgets

Requirement:

  • Bachelor of Business
  • 5 years in CS/Policy Administration, 3 years as manager
  • LOMA Certifications: ACS, PCS and FLMI
