Report to: Deputy GD – Chief Operating Officer
Responsibilities:
- Develops policies, procedures, guidelines and service standards
- Manages the different functions to be able to deliver services and meet goals
- Keeps attuned to customer feedback/comments, resolves complaints, and draws up action plans
- Manages employee morale through the implementation of various reward, recognition and work-life balance programs
- Supports Sales/Marketing campaigns and company-wide initiatives (as required)
- Works and manages relations with the management of the Distribution channel
- Ensure quality of service delivery of the entire chain
- Appraises and approves benefit claims within prescribed approval limits
- Reviews and approves check request within approval limits and initially reviews
- Attends to all claim inquiries
- Secures inputs from business experts outside of Claims and consolidates and evaluates all comment
- Conducts monthly post-audit of claims
- Conducts training for Claim Analyst
- Prepares, monitors and controls annual plans and budgets
Requirement:
- Bachelor of Business
- 5 years in CS/Policy Administration, 3 years as manager
- LOMA Certifications: ACS, PCS and FLMI
