Responsibilities :
· Implement and ensure quality assurance policies and programs are accomplished in accordance with contractual and factory requirements.
· Manage all quality assurance functions, including the assessment of operational performance concerning product quality.
· Produce monthly activity, informational and status reports, as necessary.
· Make risk assessment of customer-imposed acceptance test plans and statistical sampling plans.
· Provide guidance to and coordinate with other sections and facilities to obtain the levels of performance necessary to produce products at the contracted levels of quality.
· Coordinate with customers, industry, associations and institutions in matters pertaining to the quality assurance function.
· Disseminate useful information to managers and key personnel to promote overall organizational effectiveness
· Assure all assigned personnel meet established job requirements, and needed training is identified and implemented to plan.
· Perform all supervisory functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
· Perform other related as assigned by the Factory manager.
Requirements :
· Bachelor degree in related discipline or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years experience in production assurance, of which at least 5 years were in a managerial capacity.
· Six Sigma Black Belt, demonstrate success leading Six Sigma projects with experience in PPAP, Control Plan, PFMEA, etc. Working knowledge and quality audit qualification on ISO 9001. ISO13485 and AS 9100 is preferred;
· Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills. Strong leadership and team building skills with proven ability to build relationships and gain credibility to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
