ACTIVITIES:

• Planning and implementing the brand and communication strategies, programs and projects
• Manage an effective and motivated team
  • Manage a team comprising designers, media and digital
• Brand, Communications and Marketing coordination
  • Ensure articulation desired brand image and position
  • Ensure consistent communication of image and position throughout the various channels and in-stores.
  • Ensuring all communication and marketing efforts are in line with vision, mission,
    ambition and brand strategy
  • Oversee the production of all print and electronic materials such as brochures, website, social media
  • Provide design and direction for collateral, web, store concepts and other visual communications media for the company.
  • Assist in development and refinement of uniform graphic standards and visual brand strategies.
• Create and enhance agency and partner relationships.
• Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management.
• Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies.
• Develop and implement Digital strategy

COMPETENCIES:

Knowledges:

• Good understanding of the Vietnamese Retail environment.
• Brand management experience, Advertising Agency experience is an advantage

Skills:

• Excellent written and Communication skills
• Presentation skills
• Analysis and reporting
