Job title: Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensures the achievement of shipment and sell out goal of the territory through proper execution of distribution and merchandising strategy as well as constant monitoring of  distributor performance via daily, weekly and monthly sales monitoring forms
• Develops short and long term plan for the development of entire territory through strategic planning with distributor team and Wrigley team
• Develops strategies and programs to ensure the continuous coverage of agreed store count in the territory through thorough analysis of the need of the area to have the most efficient and effective coverage program and monitoring via customer master list and data base
• Ensures the achievement of distribution, sales, merchandising and pricing strategies through timely execution of sales strategy and strict monitoring of progress and achievement which to be discussed with distributors and Wrigley sales every period meeting
• Monitors, manages and controls sales coverage, store universe, expenses, rentals, merchandising needs, merchandisers and third party manpower agencies, and distributor sales personnel and reported to superior every period
• Monitors and ensures the appropriate use of budget allocated for the territory through budget and P&L tool

Requirements:

• At least three(3) years in both modern and traditional trade
• With FMCG experience
• Strong at selling with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Has insights to translate products, categories and consumer data into business opportunities that create values with the customers
• Can consistently execute strategies and drive customer growth
• Strong in commercial negotiation by building long-term business partnership with customers/distributor
