• Strong experience in start-up or restructure companies

• Manage a team of 2 persons: C&B and Recruitment
• HR Strategies, performance and KPIs system, Hiring and training;
• Develop organization strategies, analysis, and recommendations to
  organization strategic in line with organizational objectives.
• Build up HRBP model for the cooperation
• Implement and finish job analysis, job description
• Good at English
