OBJECTIVES OF THIS POSITION:
- Ensure sufficient supply of human capita
- Conduct training and developing human resources
- Develop corporate HR policies
- Administrative management and compensation for employees
- Organize events, support PR and Marketing work.
- Compliance control
- Coordinate and support other business units
- Prepare documents and reports
- Other work assigned by the Director
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Manager positions. Good understanding of the industry and products of the company.
- In-depth knowledge in Human Resources Management (Labour Law, HR Policy and other Legal Regulations related to Human Resources)
- Good English skills (IELTS 6.0)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office softwares
- Strong communication, business relationship management, consultation and training skills.
