Salary: $1,700-$3,500

OBJECTIVES OF THIS POSITION:

• Ensure sufficient supply of human capita
• Conduct training and developing human resources
• Develop corporate HR policies
• Administrative management and compensation for employees
• Organize events, support PR and Marketing work.
• Compliance control
• Coordinate and support other business units
• Prepare documents and reports
• Other work assigned by the Director

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree
• At least 3 years of experience in HR Manager positions. Good understanding of the industry and products of the company.
• In-depth knowledge in Human Resources Management (Labour Law, HR Policy and other Legal Regulations related to Human Resources)
• Good English skills (IELTS 6.0)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office softwares
• Strong communication, business relationship management, consultation and training skills.
