Salary: $600 – $1,500

Working location: Ho Chi Minh city

Description

Accounting:

• Collect, check and manage invoices from supplier
• Make payment to supplier
• Send accounting document to outsource company and check/ feedback/ follow FS reports
• Prepare/ follow estimating report and prepare report for BOD monthly meeting
• Input accounting data to head office consolidated system and other reports if any
• All other accounting jobs

• Administration:

  • Calculate salary
  • Register mandotary/ voluntary insurance
  • Make sure all office equipment in good condition
  • All other administration jobs

Requirement 

• Female, 30 - 32 years old

• Graduated university in accounting major & having N2 certificate
• Having at least 4 years for Japanese company
• Proactivity, carefully and able to work indepedently
• Salary up to gross 1200USD
• Having career path to be HR/GA/ Accounting leader or manager
