Work location: HCMC office, Binh Thanh district

• Independently manage project financing transaction, mostly M&A financing and development financing;
• Prepare proposals, teasers and information memorandum (project information) to work with offshore and local banks;
• Prepare financial models and project valuation report;
• Facilitate follow up questions from banks and agency/ advisors.
• Work in conjunction with various professional advisors, including lawyers, to facilitate the preparation of termsheets, Credit Agreement, Mortgage Agreement and Sale & Purchase Agreements.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior management.
• English required as working with offshore banks
• Prior 3 year experience in investment banking/ capital market/ deals/ advisory/ banks are preferable
