Job title: Assistant Plant Manager 

Responsibility/Duty

• Leadership, coaching, and development of team.
• Operation management ( safety, productivity, housekeeping, energy,….. )
• Discussing with RMS, Technical, Sale teams,….for  effective of operation site and producing the products as designed .
• Projects management and continue improvement
• Warehouse management ( shrink, loading/ unloading ,…..)
• Other duties as assigned

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Business aministration, Economic.

Experience

• 3+ years of Supervisor or Manager position experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Supervising and leading people.
• Working for multi-national company
• Knowledge of factory management systems.

Skills 

• Problem solving.
• Good and clear communication.
• Presentation.
• Change management.
