Responsibility :

  • Be responsible for identifying, pursuing and assisting in securing specific projects / commercial opportunities as agreed with the Head of Business Development. 
  • Work closely with the Top Management team to determine pricing, negotiate terms, determining team size etc.
  • Develop and acquire new clients, strategic relationships with parties as well as leverage on the existing client relationships of group and its subsidiaries in Vietnam that can lead to ongoing business opportunities
  • Manage and deliver on business objectives through profitable Business Development by meeting the set targets from the organization.
  • Manage and deliver on business objectives through profitable Business Development, Project Execution, Human Resources and General Affairs of the projects
  • Ensure timely delivery of quality products to customers within budgets through effective project management
  • Market intelligence / business leads and drive entry strategies to targeted markets by defining scope, strategy and methodology for success.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and seek to establish new strategic alliances or joint ventures.
  • Recruit, develop and build a team for the long term growth of the company.
  • To contribute to tender kick-off meetings and participate in rate review discussions. When required to prepare tender submissions.
  • Participate in the appropriate weekly conference calls and contribute input to the monthly Business Development and Commercial Report
  • Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly schedule, financial and management and client contact reports of the project toward the Management guidelines
  • Periodically review the above procedures to ensure their effectiveness and where required, to propose amendments and ensure their implementation.
  • Liaise with the Commercial Department and other departmental managers as appropriate in the formation of Group business development plans and participate in their implementation, as required.
  • Maintain regular client contact against an agreed marketing plan to acquire the information necessary to identify new opportunities/countries and formulate the company’s commercial strategy for specific projects/clients.

Requirements :

  • University  in Civil Engineer, Mechanical, Electrical Engineer or Petroleum (Oil & Gas Engineer), Chemical Engineer, Automation engineer or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in relevant position in Oil and Gas, Chemical Automation industries or related field.
