• Our client is looking for Business Development Manager in Danang

Responsibilities:

Sales Coaching

• Develop and manage the Central Business Development department.
• Centralize the prospects; prepare marketing and sales offers to clients by working jointly with sales team on the recommendation and the production of overall commercial documents, i.e. presentations, proposals, contracts, etc.

Sales Development

• Participate in the development of the business projects.
• Be responsible for the Business Development team to reach the yearly target.

Marketing Research

• Plan, coordinate and implement quantitative and qualitative market research studies on relevant segments in cooperation with the Marketing & Sales Administration Manager.

Monitor Competition

• Be aware of the market competition in order to anticipate the actions of competitors.

Training

• Organize and implement the sales training sessions for team member the Business Development Department.
• Participate in building a sales and marketing corporate culture by stimulating commitment spirit.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Degree in Business Studies.
• 3 to 5 years experienced in Sales/Business Development.

Essential Requirements:

• Flexibility to work overtime
• Ability to work under pressure
• Open for expat willing to relocate into Vietnam

Skills:

• Proven presentation, negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills and a good team player.
