Main Responsibilities:

• Lead, direct and control the activities of Sales and Marketing Department
• Make business plan and estimate the feasible overall vision and strategy to achieve the company's long-term financial and operating objectives
• Work with Subordinates to formulate and implement marketing strategies and plans to achieve objectives, consistent with company policy and goals
• Responsibilities include creating brand strategy and building brand image, designing marketing campaigns, promotions, monitoring competitor information, customers feedback, quality of products and services
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure that products meet customers' current and future needs
• Develop strategies and programs to maximize market share and profit
• Build and develop Product Managers through coach, supervise and set directions for goals

Requirements:

• Pharmaceutical or Medical background
• Have experience as Marketing Manager or Group Product Manager position
• Have experience in working for multinational companies with branded products
• Good in management and interpersonal skill
• Much patient, dynamic, strong sense of business, smart appearance
• Driven, determined and committed, ability to think on his feet
• Good English
