Job title: Chief Executive Officer

Salary: $15,000 – $18,000

Location: Ho Chi Minh city

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure overall business performance in terms of

(A) Market Share, Sales (Vol & Value), Profits

(B) Product Supply – production capacity &utilization, cost, quality and supply chain.

• Develop and implement (after approval) the Long and Mid Term Business Strategies and Annual Budget Plan for the BU in consultation with the Board of Management.
• Maintain awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards and keep abreast in exploring new business opportunities (markets, products)
• Provide Thought leadership to the business and all functions to ensure alignment to goals while also ensuring adherence to company values and principles.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate would be a University Graduate along with an MBA from a recognized institute.
• Person should be ideally at least 40 years or above.
• The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as Chief Executive Officer at some reputable MNC FMCG/ Food & Beverage companies.
• The candidate must have 2-3 years of Full P&L (managing Commercial and Manufacturing) experience in a mid to large size company.
• The candidate must have experience in managing multi geography and multi-cultural environment.
• CLEAR Preference for a person having full P&L experience in commodities business.
• Good communication skill and planning skill
• Good at working in team and independent as well
• Strategic thinking, business acumen and strong leadership.
• This role is open for Vietnamese and expat who has experience in Vietnam market.
