JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

For Finance

• Direct and oversee the Finance function (finance strategy, planning, and forecast accounting, financial reporting, and analysis) and spreadsheet all major financial initiatives to achieve the strategic objectives.
• Provide financial leadership and support on Finance-related matters to the Senior Management and Board of Management.
• For Public Relation
• To direct, plan and oversee all aspects of the company communication (internal and external) so as to enhance the company s brand presence and reputation.

For Operations

• To set up, follow-up, and manage operational processes, activities, especially Settlement, Product and Customer & Custody activities
• To deal with the relevant authorities, ensuring that all procedures and operations comply with updated laws and regulations
• To maintain sustainable operations, to improve the processes to adapt to new development of the organization and market.
• To monitor competitors and review, update the procedures and process under Operations

Others

• In-charge and oversee the Corporate Social Activities of The company following the Group Agenda
•  Oversee the audit activities (both internal and external). Responsibilities to deal with all audit matters of the company and all functions (as and when assigned by the CEO)
•  Act as Deputy CEO as and when as required/ assigned.

Qualifications & other requirements:

•  Bachelor Degree (preferably in Banking, Finance, Accountancy, Economics or Business Administration) or Professional Qualification. Post Graduate Degree is an added advantage. Brokerage Licensing is a plus.
•  Any recognized graduate degree,
• Experiences in the Operations of Securities are a plus.
