Job Descriptions:

• Direct and oversee the Finance function (finance strategy, planning, and forecast accounting, financial reporting, and analysis) and spreadsheet all major financial initiatives to achieve the strategic objectives.
• To direct, plan and oversee all aspects of the company communication (internal and external) so as to enhance the company s brand presence and reputation.
• To set up, follow-up, and manage operational processes, activities, especially Settlement, Product and Customer & Custody activities
• To deal with the relevant authorities, ensuring that all procedures and operations comply with updated law and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (preferably in Banking, Finance, Accountancy, Economics or Business Administration) or Professional Qualification. Post Graduate Degree is an added advantage. Brokerage Licensing is plus
• Experiences in the Operations of Securities are a plus.
