Responsibilities:
- Plans and leads implementation of employees activities / programs and campaign annually
- Survey, review and assess the effectiveness of individual program / activities
- Leads implementation of engagement survey / values survey / relationship surveys. Analyses and reports
- Leads and develops employee communication structures/ media
- Manages employee relations to assure compliance and effectiveness of organisation
- Manages Staffing
- Periodically and regularly collect, review, analyse information internal and external sources to initiate new activities/ initiative of employee communication/ motivation
- Lead the implementation of changes
Requirement:
- University of Human Science, MBA preferred
- 8-10 years of experience in the field of general HR management and at least 5 years in managerial position in a large manufacturing company with over than 300 employees
- Understanding the organization, relationships and structures / processes between the different functions in a company
- Understanding labour laws, governance
- As an actionable manager, commitment with results
- Leadership skills, organized, well motivated team
- Data analysis skill
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to present attractively with large group
- Ready to move
