Responsibilities:

  • Plans and leads implementation of employees activities / programs and campaign annually
  • Survey, review and assess the effectiveness of individual program / activities
  • Leads implementation of engagement survey / values survey / relationship surveys. Analyses and reports
  • Leads and develops employee communication structures/ media
  • Manages employee relations to assure compliance and effectiveness of organisation
  • Manages Staffing
  • Periodically and regularly collect, review, analyse information internal and external sources to initiate new activities/ initiative of employee communication/ motivation
  • Lead the implementation of changes

Requirement:

  • University of Human Science, MBA preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in the field of general HR management and at least 5 years in managerial position in a large manufacturing company with over than 300 employees
  • Understanding the organization, relationships and structures / processes between the different functions in a company
  • Understanding labour laws, governance
  • As an actionable manager, commitment with results
  • Leadership skills, organized, well motivated team
  • Data analysis skill
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to  present attractively with large group
  • Ready to move
