Report to: Technical Director

Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising a team of engineers for the development of new products, own products as well as OEM products
• Project-managed of product development requests
• Realization of technical product documentation with maximum accuracy to requirements
• Work closely with Cost Estimates officer
• Product file management
• Implementation of a sound Methods Engineering System
• Use of production lines
• Ergonomics/working condition
• Support of maintenance team

Requirements:

• Mechanical engineering university Diploma
• At least 5 years working experience with 2 years in a similar position in metal furniture or metal work industry preferably
• Leadership and management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems and meet deadlines
• Innovative mindset
• Problems solving
• Analytical and Detailed oriented
• Good English and computer skills
