Job Title: EOSH Manager

Report to: Supply Chain Director  

Work Location: HCMC

Requirements of position: ​

• Engineer on environment specialist
• 7 years working in industry in a similar role/function
• Must have performed the EOSH role for 4-6 years at least
• Must have performed the Manager role for 2-3 years 
• Ability to apply logical thought process to technical issues
• Complete understanding of core concepts of EOSH management
• Drive a matrix to objectively measure each of the criteria of EOSH Management
• Ability to set clear benchmarks and drive the team to achieve them
• Drives standardization in processes across the unit
• Drives systems implementation to adopt and drive a process oriented approach towards World Class Operations
• Ability to prioritize, focus and drive key impact areas and issues
• Ability to demonstrate environment friendly operations
• Drive energy & water improvement initiatives
• Ability to engage the community in our areas of operations
• Ability to plan communication in a systematic manner and get feedback on the effectiveness of communication.
