Description
Responsible for planning and leading local marketing activities as of Marketing calendar at its location to maximize the awareness of Company’s brands and to provide initiatives in line with strategic plan to help Sales in achieving local target.
Key Accountabilities
1. Ensure effectiveness of execution
- Owner of all execution aspect of marketing program in perspective location.
- Control marketing budget allocated to perspective location.
- Taking initiative in local trade promotion scheme to ensure relevance and practicality with front-line needs.
- Propose and manage TOT/POP at its location.
- Managing/training/leading Blue-force to execute marketing programs/ trade promotion/ sampling and other events.
2. Initiatives and strategic plan support
- Provide customer insight into initiatives and strategic planning.
- Utilize Rex Track results to identify issues (retail execution, branding) and recommend actions/initiatives.
3. Express effectiveness in cross functional alignment activities
- Efficiently work with other parties (external & internal) to ensure the effectiveness of field operation.
4. Other
- Provide coaching to field staffs in functional aspects.
- Cooperate with Marketing Operation in special events.
Qualifications
- University graduation in economics
- Working experiences: at least 5 years in Sales/ Marketing/ Trade Marketing
- Good understanding of Retail Operation, able to understand and describe the operation of a FMCG sales system
- Good understanding of Marketing & Branding principle
- Be able to understand market research data and build strategic plan for Trade Marketing
- Strong leadership, especially in agency management
- Presentation skill is at upper-intermediate level
- Good at English skill
