Job tiile: Finance Manager

Working: Binh Duong,  (offers shuttle bus to work location from HCMC, and lunch)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with Vietnam Accounting Standards and Company Accounting Policies

• Preparation of monthly  financial forecasts

• Analysis and interpretation of financial results to guide decision making

• Provide direction to the accounting staff

• Cost accounting that will properly value inventory and correctly report Cost of Sales, including Direct Material and related analyses

• Create and Maintain processes within the factory that support a strong internal control environment

• Analyze financial results of specific areas or results of special projects; ability to present results to appropriate levels of management

• Perform various close responsibilities which may include journal entries, variance analysis and completion of monthly reporting, striving for continuous improvement in the Close process

• Manage external and internal audit requirements

• Do internal control

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• Strong Cost Accounting experience and Operations business partnering
• Management experience required
