Overall talent management strategy and implementation including of workforce planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and development;

Performance planning, management development and improvement; and succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.

Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis,

Recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.

Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.

Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.

Fostered a teamwork/open-door environment conducive to positive dialogue across the organization.

Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company.

Development of an overall HR business plan with measurable objectives and a budget.

Staffing of the HR department to effectively serve the needs of the organization.

Oversees employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.

Employee satisfaction surveys and do suggestion schemes in yearly

Continuous improve and development adventure program; Leadership responsibility…

Organization development, change management initiatives, and company-wide culture and environment at work for employees.

• Oversee employment law compliance and compliance to regulatory concerns.

To establish an appropriate structure for the group and its management

To ensure appropriate and satisfactory systems are in place for monitoring group performance against plans and budgets
