Our client is specialized in Finance Services, looking for HR Manager position for their business growth.
• Overall talent management strategy and implementation including of workforce planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and development;
• Performance planning, management development and improvement; and succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.
• Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis,
• Recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
• Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
• Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
• Fostered a teamwork/open-door environment conducive to positive dialogue across the organization.
• Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company.
• Development of an overall HR business plan with measurable objectives and a budget.
• Staffing of the HR department to effectively serve the needs of the organization.
• Oversees employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
• Employee satisfaction surveys and do suggestion schemes in yearly

• Organization development, change management initiatives, and company-wide culture and environment at work for employees.
• Oversee employment law compliance and compliance to regulatory concerns.
• To establish an appropriate structure for the group and its management
• To ensure appropriate and satisfactory systems are in place for monitoring group performance against plans and budgets
• To ensure that the Company and its businesses comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
