The Indoor Sales Executive is to provide  technical and commercial support to the Country’s customer base and coordinate with our partners to ensure and also constantly improve our service levels. Managing teleselling and telemarketing operations of the Country’s product portfolio to the customers in the countries in consultation with the Sales Manager (or General Manager) with the objective of achieving the Country’s budgets, profitability and assigned key tasks.


  • Achieve allocated Country Sales Target as well as organize, plan, and manage the telesales activities of cable product in the country.
  • To oversee and manage Indoor Sales tasks and support the Country’s Outdoor Sales Personnel and to assist in the execution of their assigned responsibilities, ensuring a smooth operation of the Country’s Back office operations in each country  and providing excellent customer care at all times.
  • To manage and monitor customer and product information in the SAP database.
  • To manage and encourage that the C4C system is actively used as per Company’s guidelines and policies.
  • Conduct sales by prospecting, qualifying and generating sales in coordination with country sales support team.
  • Manage Telemarketing and proactive contact of existing and potential customers.
  • Manage requests  for information and  online presentations.
  • To identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales process.
  • Coordinate with indoor team members on orders, returns, shipments and products.
  • Provide commercial and technical collaboration with all members in the telesales team whenever required.
  • Understand  customers business, behavior and company structure to provide a solution through efficient technical and commercial service/support.
  • Create and maintain the reputation of the products and increase Lapp brand awareness in the market.
  • Maintain good rapport and close relationship with Country C customers to gain clear understanding of customer needs through customer visits when required.
  • Create and maintain fair, democratic, and good working environment with the indoor team members.
  • Maintain a cohesive and stable indoor workforce in the Country.
  • To identify training needs of indoor staff for development.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Sales Manager.
