Job Description

• Create a plan from design to test of software development, and execute project management according to it. When a problem occurs, you can resolve it quickly with the appropriate support around you.
• Set goals for Quality, Cost, Delivery, Function and manage the team to achieve them.
• In addition to “Manufacturing = Software Development”, “Human Development = Human / Team Development” is also required, which supports the growth of people and teams.
• Evaluate and give feedback to team members.
• Create reports on a regular, ad hoc basis.

Experience and skills

• More than 7 years of software development experience (Web system or smartphone application development is desirable). More than 2 years of project manager experience in web system or smartphone app
• Skills and experience to create and implement project plans with stakeholders.
• Communication skills to create a smooth relationship with Japanese and Vietnamese members.
• Japanese language skills (conversation and reading / writing)
• English ability (reading and writing is required, conversation is BIG PLUS)
