Job title: Key Account Development Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• In charge of the entire wholesale activities of Hermes Amenities, Ystara, Alba mineral water
• Commit to personal and team sales target
• Commit to healthy sales policy for each Brand
• Develop client network, develop business or make business deals with existing or prospective clients. Confer with BOD to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
• Provide training on the various products that the wholesaler deals with, so as to improve the product knowledge of the staff. Plan and prepare work schedules, and assign employees to specific duties. Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties.
• Attend company meetings to exchange product information and coordinate work activities with other departments.
• High level of listening to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.
• Responsible for KPI report on weekly and monthly basics.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or performing specific services.

Skills and specifications:

• It is very essential to have good leadership skills.
• Should have complete knowledge about the products.
• The managers who deal with the client ought to have good negotiating skill.
• It is also significant to have training skills, in case training is required to be given.
• The key account development manager ought to have good motivation skills.

Education and Qualifications:

• In order to be a key account development manager, an individual should possess a management degree in any related field. Any specialized course or degree in management will also prove to be helpful.
