MISSION:
- Key Account Executive is responsible for maintaining and developing business with the existing customers in the area as well as locating and selling to new customers and improve customer satisfaction
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acquires a thorough working knowledge of all products and applications (Bakery ingredients) as well as develops all necessary professional selling skills.
- Establish product portfolio with key customers and market and continuously identify product needs and secure new suppliers to fill the portfolio gaps
- Find and identify new customer opportunities by solving customer problems with ABM products and services. Maintains and develops relations with customers and provides them with commercial and technical service as well as promotes goods of ABM Vietnam
- Identifies key customers and keeps the up-to-date records of all customers and prospective customers.
- Plans the itinerary and customers’ visits and reports in advance to Key Account Manager on a weekly basis (Provide market and competitive information, Sales performance.)
- Responds to all customers’ problems on products, delivery, documents, test report…etc.
- Collects the AR
