Responsibilities:
- Clarify of purpose by understanding of respective market potential to maximize & optimize resources in order to grow business in align with company objective
- Understand market to develop key account in order to maximize & to be effective coverage at all channel Supermarket, CVS, new channel
- Build & develope salesforce inluded Supervisors, Rep/PG standard thru leading by example & drive coaching culture, OTJ training
- Coaching
- Drive effective communication to cascade company strategy, marketing, trade marketing activity into operation under flawless execution & micro management manner
- Drive & allocate resource in effective & efficiency manner... conduct team performance management follow through sales productivity to ensure sales expense ratio under control
- Drive & lead whole Key account team to comply with company policy, complaince, working regulation, company core values & cultures
Requirements:
- BA, BS, Marketing & Commecial, MBA preferable
- Knowledge on industries involved, packages, products, promotion
- Knowledge on financial, human resources, supply chain…
- 5 years in FMCG & 2 years as MT management position
- Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high performance sales team and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans, forecasts & budgets
