Responsibilities:

• Working with hospital decision maker, chief of pharmacy/equipment department, and key opinion surgeons for listing of surgical products into the medical device list of hospital
• Preparing/applying tender dossiers, following-up the tender result.
• Working closely with hospital and healthcare re-imbursement body
• Working with sales team and marketing team to establish new phaco centers including supports on equipment supply and surgeon training. Developing the relationship with hospital management team to establish new phaco centers as well as new accounts 
• Managing the territory and hospital nationwide, building up the network with hospital medical device management and local/national healthcare policy maker, updating hospital tender schedules and reimbursement guidance
• Developing the PR activity to strengthen the relationship with surgeons, hospitals, and local health authorities
• Working closely with Surgical Sales Team and Product Manager, direct report to BUM

Requirement:

• Degree in Medical/Pharmaceutical/Business Management
• 02 years experience sales in the healthcare/medical devices/diagnostic industry, preferably ophthalmic industry
• Experience in hospital tender listing and re-imbursement
