Job title: Maintenance Engineer / Senior Maintenance Engineer 

Responsibilities:.

• Perform all aspects of Equipment maintenance activities/tasks so as to minimize downtime.
• Familiar with machine operating system and able to troubleshoot the machine included manufacturing and facilities.
• Preventive maintenance are properly carried out and recorded.
• Equipment breakdown are properly repair and at the best available time.
• Make work improvement to reduce the downtime.
• All tools are properly maintain and accounted.
• All equipment spare parts are properly stored and recorded.
• Conduct the technical report based on the root-cause analysis process and define the preventive actions.
• Manage the Factory low-voltage network to ensure Power supply to Production is continuously.
• Electrical Site load manage and control.
• Manage the Energy consumption, Root-cause analysis and report.
• Lead the team on Energy saving and expansion projects.

Requirements :

• BS of Electric /Electronic or automation engineer
• 02 years’ experience or more in manufacturing environment, maintenance on Industrial Electric Control system and automation Control system.
• English + Chinese langue is an advantage.
• Able to troubleshoot on low voltage electrical and PLC related to manufacturing/production equipment.
• Knowledge of plant facility support equipment.
• Able to provide and lead the Energy Saving project
• Ability to handle stress, proactive thinking, leadership, good initiative, and readiness for changes are essential demands at work
