Responsibilities:
· Lead the Marketing activities of the establishment to meet the Marketing Strategies, Goals and Objectives set by CEO and consistent with the organization’s overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
· Structure, strategize and implement the short and long term marketing plans.
· Manage budget in preparation, expenditures, returns on invested capital, cost analysis in coordination with production/ sales/ finance in relation to sustainability and profitability of the business.
· Relationship Management with internal and external business partners, media and creative agencies.
· Implement public relations programmers, activities, campaigns, events, and promotional materials that protect and enhance the organization’s reputation and that are effective, economical, and appropriate for their intended audience.
· Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of marketing professionals to achieve established sales and profit goals.
Requirements :
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications or equivalent
· Minimum of 10 years experience in sales and marketing in a property industry for developers in Vietnam with at least 5 years at the managerial level.
· Brand and market research knowledge
· Real estate market knowledge, especially premium segment
· Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical and a team player
· Good leadership and management capabilities;
