Responsibilities:

• Customize Dynamics AX / CRM  using .NET, X++ and other technologies.

• Create and modify Dynamics AX / CRM reports using SQL Server Reporting Services.

• Create external applications using .NET that interface with Dynamics AX

• Package Microsoft Dynamics AX / CRM customizations into deployable objects

• Engage the project team and end-users to architect and develop Microsoft Dynamics AX / CRM gap/fit solutions.

• Perform data conversions into Microsoft Dynamics AX / CRM

• Perform unit testing within Dynamics AX / CRM

• Manage each customization within budget

• Manage and coach .NET team to develop Dynamics AX /CRM project.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of proven expertise customizing Microsoft Dynamics AX / CRM (2009 or 2012)

• At least 5 years of technical experience with .NET, X++ or other OOP programming language

• Experiences in working as a team leader of a Dynamic project is a big advantages

• Good experience with ERP software

• Interest in open source technology

• Strong interest in collaborating with and mentoring colleagues in a cross-functional team

• Some functional knowledge of finance, supply chain and order management within Dynamics AX /

CRM

• Certified in Dynamics AX / CRM 2009 development Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities.

• Dynamics AX / CRM  Certificate is a advantage

• Great communication skills

• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team

• English is a must
