Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership
• Manage & drive business result.                          
• Explore opportunities to Grow sales in respective territory
• Develop RTM & distribution excellences
• Build & Develop sales team capability thru coaching.
• Business Growth
• Clarify of purpose by understanding of respective market potential to maximize & optimize resources in order to grow business in align with company objective.
• Channel & Partner Development
• Understand market to develop right size & professional partner in order to maximize & to be effective coverage at all channel wholesales, retail, new channel.
• Leadership & People Development
• Build & develope salesforce inluded  ASMs, Supervisors, Merchandiser standard thru leading by example & drive coaching culture , OTJ training
• Build effective & create team working environment to retain employee at optimum level.
• Build & Engage high performance team(HPT)
• Lead & pull all support resources from internal & external to support biz growth                         
• Work with cross funtion (HR/BD) to identify channel capability gaps.                                         
• Work with BD tp identify and/or develop channel Best Practice Tools & transfer to the region
• Excellent Execution
• Drive effective communication to cascade company strategy, marketing, trade marketing activity into operation under flawless execution & micro management manner
• Efficiency & Effective Management
• Drive & allocate resource in effective & efficiency manner... conduct team performance management follow through sales productivity to ensure sales expense ratio under control.
• Drive Compliance & Company core values
• Drive & lead whole Regional sales team to comply with company COC, policy, complaince, working regulation, company core values & cultures.

Requirement:

• At least 10 years in FMCG & 2 years in the same position
• Knowledge on industries involved, packages, products, promotion
• Knowledge on financial, human resources, supply chain
