• Our client is looking for a Plant Inspection Services Manager with the strategy to develop the TIC service in OPEX is one of Company’s development initiative in the industrial business line and

Role’s Purposes:

Plant Inspection Services Manager plays the essential key role of Company’s OPEX services for Company Vietnam including:

• Business development;
• (ii) Technical capabilities growing up; and including
• (iii) the performing / operation.

• To be responsible for higher position when appropriate

Your Key Responsibilities

• To develop all Company’s OPEX services in deciding what products to be sell in the market in priority order and give the necessary support to BD for the development.
• Conduct marketing & visit plans with BD/BDM and set-up a prospect database, list of potential clients for the products and Working with client on day by day basic to understanding the need and top-up sale.
• Review technical & commercial proposal prepared by Sale Team
• To be “window person” in Company Vietnam with other Company’s units for all Company’s OPEX service.
• Organize and control implementation the OPEX services team including the engineers; inspectors and technicians (including NDT as appropriate).
• Responsible for delivery the Company’s OPEX services for operating (in service) facilities.
• Supervise the technician; inspectors and engineer’s performance.
• To be project manager/deputy project manager for launching the projects.
• Report to INY Manager in term of operation

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree with engineering backgrounds
• Have xperience in inspection & maintenance.
• Have good networking in plants inspection / maintenance, specially working in Fertilizer Production/Oil & Gas Plant is preferable.
• Willing to travel within the country and abroad.
• Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English
• Good command in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
• Well understanding of plants’ inspections activities including NDT and have good networking with plant maintenance services + NDT markets
• Sensitive to company policies and results driven
• Exhibits good credibility
• Entrepreneur/self-starter with good ethical reputation
• Autonomous, teamworker and team builder. Dynamic, enthusiastic, adaptable, persistent
