Responsibilities:
- Determine the production policy of the area with the Production manager and ensure its implementation
- Monitor the management of the industrial tool in order to attain the required level of production in a proper timeframe.
- Ensure the level of quality required respecting the pharmaceutical rules and the Best Practices of Fabrication by developing a quality assurance culture on the site based on continuous improvement
- Maintain a balanced risk management system in the area and develop the profitability
- Manage operational teams, developing motivation and cooperation within the factory through acceptance to projects
- Ensure a good ad equation of human resources and create a good social climate in line with the Human Resources Manager
- Define the HSE policy of the area with de Production Management and monitor its implementation
- Represent the company among external stakeholders and promote relations with its economical and administrative environment
Requirements:
- Scientific educational background refer Pharmacist background
- Significant experience in production unit Management, in the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of local pharmaceutical, quality, technical and social relations regulatory environment
- Autonomous and source of proposals
- Rigorous, analytic, and result-oriented
- Team-oriented, anticipation and responsiveness
- Mastering Vietnamese and English
