Job title: Process Engineer

Education: BS degree in engineering or sciences, prefer from the field of optics engineering, mechanical engineering. Or have enough experience, ability to meet job requirements

Experience: At least 1-2 years as a manufacturing, process, or methods engineer, working in an optics manufacturing environment or a highly technical, quality oriented, high volume, ligh-manufacturing environment.

Special abilities:

• English communication is compulsory.
• Project management knowledge.
• Technical knowledge – strong technical background.
• Well-developed fault isolation, problem solving and analystical skills
• Ability to methodize and improve production processes.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
• Simple tools, jigs and fixture design capabilities
• Ability to use AutoCAD or other CAD software to help in engineering design tasks.
• DOE and six-sigma experience a plus
• Must have knowledge of ISO 9000. SOPC and other statistical methods is a plus.
• CNC knowledge & hand on skill.
