Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, or co-ordinate the work/activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications
- Overseeing the operation of warehousing and production
- Keep record of raw material receivable and finished product released
- Manage the production process, draw up a production schedule, implement the production plan
- Make sure that production output meets the target, that products are produced on time and are of good quality by monitoring the production process and adjusting schedules as needed
- Monitor the product standard and implement quality control programs
- Liase with different departments, work with managers to implement the company policies and goals
- Coordinates with other departments such as Supply Chain, QA/QC, R&D, HR
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers
- Review worker’s performance
- Identify training needs and provide training as required
- Inspect equipment, structures, or material to identify the cause of errors, problems, or defect
- Monitor and review process, materials, surrounding, environments to detect/axxess problems
- Implement and monitor the company HSE policies, procedures and program to meet legislative requirements.
- Implement housekeeping
- Identify the risks and application of risk management processes as an aspect of work responsibility
- Promote innovation in a team environment
- Implement continuous improvement
- Optimize usage of energy, raw material and packaging (waste control)
Requirments:
- University or engineering school degree
- Average English communication skills (TOEFL > 70)
- Experience with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition software and ERP based environment
- Experience in mixing / spraying / sifting processes
- Experience in warehouse management (FIFO / FEFO)
- Experience in 5S methodology (Sorting, Straightening, Systematic cleaning, Standardizing, and Sustaining)
