Job Decription

• Well coordinate among designer, contractor, QS consultant,..
• Control progress and work of contractor
• Review project progress every week and take action to move forward as planned
• Manage change order, risk
• Overall controlling schedule, quality, safety, contract compliance of Contractor, Designer, Consultant
• Make sure the project is satisfied to take over accordingly to law and contract
• Handover the project as planned
• Bachelor degree in civil engineering or related
• Good level written and spoken English
• MS office, AutoCAD
• Leadership
• Industrial relation, experience
• Time management, negotiation skill
• Have experience as PM for contractor or investor
