Position: Quality Control Manager ( Furniture)

Salary : USD 3,000- USD 4,000

 Job description:

• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
• Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
• Analyze root cause and problem solving and communicate quality related problems
• Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
• Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
• Trains, develops and manages the QA Associates and prepares qualified candidates for personal growth and success
• Make reports to Director.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Have 7 to 10 years’ experience atfootwear quality control
• In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
• Conscientious and responsible
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Proven experience as quality manager
• Certification of quality control is a strong advantage
• Good command in English writing and speaking
