Job Title: Quality Data & Programs Manager

Salary: $3,000 - $5,000 + good benefit or negotiate

Direct Report to: Quality Director, Asia

Subordinate: None

Work Location: Vietnam

Objective:

To be the go to person with regards to Quality data analytics, and reporting. Ensuring the right reports and KPIs are updated and generated and participate in Quality improvement projects

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather accurate data and supporting information of key performance indicators (KPI's) for management reporting.
• Review and evaluate sourced factory quality system and quality status. To ensure their quality system and quality status could meet requirement.
• Continuously Refresh current Quality Information and Reporting systems. Drive towards real time
• Quality information and reports for and at factories
• Drive Monthly Customer Returns feedback meetings with key stakeholders and make teams accountable for improvements of products
• Identify related root cause analyses, as well as corrective and preventive actions, with the end-inview of driving continuous improvement towards the achievement of year-end management targets and objectives
• Work with sourced factory and team to optimize quality system, including quality data collection and summary, and SI/FI report analysis.
• Communicate with other sourced factory team, US headquarter, supplier and associated in other market for quality related issue.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

• Quality project completion: Project could meet previous target on time.
• Leadership: Could coach and lead quality team for established      direction
• Communication: Effectively communicate with team, sourced factory, supplier,US headquarter and customs to make sure information flow smooth.
• Working attitude Initiative and hard to work with team and source        factory for problem solving.

Years of Relevant Work Experience Required:

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• With Engineering background and preferred with QA/QC experience in manufacturing
• Good database or macro programming experience in MS Excel / Access, as well as PowerPoint presentation
• Working knowledge and experience in six sigma and/or 8D methodology preferred.

• Educational Level Requirement: Bachelor Degree in engineering
• Foreign Language Requirement: Fluent oral and written English
• Computer Operation Requirement: Conversant with MS office
