Responsibilities:

• You source, select and manage suppliers.
• You develop and industrialize new products with clear development planning.
• You master and optimize product costs.
• You evaluate and ensure the quality of products and system at your suppliers.
• You accelerate the continuous improvement projects with your suppliers to make progress on their performance (quality, safety, environment, toxicology) and social compliance

Requirements:

• You are excellent in English. Speaking French is an advantage.
• You practice sport
• You have bachelor degree or upper (preferable with major in engineering, quality, production or industrial management).
• You have experience in LEAN, sourcing, production, quality or merchandising 
• You adhere to deadlines and prioritize your actions
• You are ready to make decision and responsible for your decisions
• You are mobile internationally
• Your understanding about production, especially in textile / garment / footwear / mechanical product industries would be an advantage
• You would like to work in HCMC / Hanoi / Da Nang
