Team leader
• Be a good role model /an H&M leader and work on building the team to a top performing team.
• Motivate, support & educate the team in accordance with company goals.
• Evaluate individual staff performance and work actively with feedback and dialogue talks.
Sourcing new capacity
• Find/Identify the new capacity in connection to bottlenecks and capacity need according to H&M group requirements
• Conduct market analysis and identify actions to secure capacity needed
• Secure an effective sourcing flow
• Secure new supplier educations
• Introduce H&M group to the supplier
Develop existing capacity
• Evaluate existing supplier base according to performance and set the development plan
• Secure and sustain existing capacity to optimize company growth and profitability
• Identify and build new capabilities, business opportunities
• Follow up capacity planning
Cooperation with other teams
• Work actively with other concerned teams in PO to build strong foundation for capacity management
• Have a cooperation with other CA teams in other POs
Cooperation with H&M suppliers
• Build and maintain strong relationship with suppliers
• Evaluate suppliers performance and strategies and closely monitor to ensure that they follow the action plans
