Job title: Research & Development Director

Salary: $4,000-$6,000

Working location: Ho Chi Minh city

Description

• Lead the development of a technology-enhanced learning strategy including (but limited to) the: relevant teaching/learning tools, systems, and products; pedagogical approach and curriculum (re) design and the development of learning materials/content and modules that mesh with the changing learning needs, objectives, and requirements of students; and the delivery, monitoring, and measurement of results against stated learning objectives in collaboration with various cross-functional stakeholders;
• Drive the customization of course content and delivery methods across Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities in Vietnam and manage the planning and budgeting processes, implementation, and monitoring activities associated with new courseware requests;
• Lead research on instructional design theories and models, changing curriculum requirements and evolving student learning objectives and outcomes in the context of Vietnam, and cognitive processes by and across age- groups to determine, document, and refine the most relevant pedagogical approach(es) / strategy for offline, online, and/or blended learning;

Skills and Qualifications:

• Deep and solid knowledge of English training field
• Keen on implementing new and high technologies into Education
• Proven experience as an R&D Director or similar managerial role in a large scale education
• A strong strategic and business mindset
• Excellent project management skill
• Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Outstanding communication/presentation and interpersonal abilities

Requirement 

• MA/PhD in English Teaching/ Linguistics or Education Management
• 5+ years of senior managerial experience
• Innovation, ingenuity & creativity, teamwork & ready-to-learn spirit
