REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• University degrees in Business Management. Electrical Engineer background a plus

Job Related Experience:

• 10+ years of sales and/or business development experience, preferably in electrical sales or channel sales.
• Experience in P&L management
• Relevant market and business trends, business environment analysis and identification of business opportunity

Business Understanding:

• Commercial / Sales  profile with excellent understanding of markets, customers and channels

Others:

• Good command of spoken and written English. Computer literate and presentation skills
• Demonstrates strong personal leadership in line with our values
• People and talent management experience
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Ability to influence and convince
• Effective at building networks, internally and externally
