Job title: Sales Manager

Short description of job:

Report to general manager based in France

Based in HCMV, this person will take care of  European customers  (priority for 6 months)

• Enquiry processing
• Order processing
• Customers enquiries and complaints
• Re-activating inactive customers
• Gather information about new and potential customers
• Cold-calling of potential customers
• Managing local team (recruitment, training, salary and bonus, …)

This team will use European servers and existing software. Only communication aspect must be solved locally to improve quality and save costs.

Profile

• Age > 30
• University degree in management or business
• Experience in Western companies , Australia, United states  of America (2 years mini)
• English fluent
• Experience in sales management or sales administration
• Knowledge ERP
• Knowledge of mechanical sector(s) appreciated
