Job description:

• Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans, analyzing trends and results.
• Achieving the targets and goals for the category.
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base.
• Servicing the needs of existing customers and identifying opportunities.
• Developing sales strategies with the Business Development Team.
• Monitoring and reporting the performance of the category.
• Compiling and analysing sales figures.
• Collecting customer feedback and market research.
• Keeping the business up to date with products and competitors.
• Implement worldwide sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Have at least 10 experience years at footwear Sales
• Must have in depth knowledge of the technical aspects of footwear compliance and design.
• Understanding of B2B sales channels
• Previous experience of developing international customers (EU, USA)
• Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing
