Responsibilities:

• To motivate, train and lead sales staff ensuring that all team members exceed their sales budgets
• To take direct and pro active involvement in driving top line business 
• To establish sufficientmarket (competitor / customer /product)
• To develop new customers
• To support and drive business thru “Business Management Systems”
• To develop and maintain favorable relationships with all existing as well as new potential principals
• Working Capital Management

Requirement:

• Chemical Degree in relevant field
• 5 years for Evaluating know-how
• 5 - 7 years solid experience within Chemical Sales
