Title : Sales Trainer

Scope of work:

Organize and prepare all training logistics for all sales training programs (make inivitation; set up training room; prepare instructional materials/ handouts; set up and arrange equipments, teabreak...)

  • Deliver some fundamental training sessions for new hires sales
  • Implement qualification testing and evaluation for sales training programs
  • Assist Sales Training Manager in developing sales training curriculum (translate documents; track new training method and techniques; design educational aids, update curriculum as needed, edit training video clip...)
  • Set up and maintain updated all sales training database and training record
  • Manage database of direct sales performance monthly and consult with Sales Training Manager for appropriate taken actions
  • Manage and promote e-learning training courses related to sales training.
  • Manage and maintain training facilities and equipments.
  • Other job assignment by Sales Training Manager.
  • Ensure the quality of training program preparation
  • Ensure the effectivenes of training session assigned
  • Ensure the accuracy and update of training database/ record

Coduct New Hires Sales training program (some fundemental session):

  • Conduct exactly and complelety 100% contents in standardized training program
  • Implement training report after course
  • Training evaluation result: from "good" and above

► Training evaluation result

Assist Sales Training Manager in developing sales training curriculum (translate documents; track new training method and techniques; design educational aids, update curriculum as needed, edit training video clip...)

► Meet deadline, result-oriented, accurate, high efficient

E-learning course related to sales training for sales force:

  • Define approciate courses; prepare announcement
  • Enroll course, manage implementation and result

► Meet deadline, well-organized, efficient

Sale training database & record:

  • Set up and manage all training database (softcopy & hardcopy)

► Sufficient, accurate, easy tracking
