Responsibilities :
- Ensure and enhance the technical capability of production lines in Vietnam
- Confirm and release the capability of production lines, i.e. technical setup, process capability, preventive maintenance system, 5S, and flow concept.
- Responsible for proposing new enhancement in terms of technical processes, equipment, waste reduction, and investment to the cost center owners and management.
- Implement Global Process and LEAN approach in Vietnam.
- Support Product Development (Engineering) Process (PEP) and Product Transfers.
- Responsible for the success of project management in area of LEAN and technical process evaluation, roll-out, process stabilization.
- Work and co-operate with global process experts and global process owners on future process improvement ideas and standards harmonization, align with the Leaders of LOOP, ASIA and PTD,SEA.
- Challenge LOOP tools, methods and standards and improve them together with LOOP Consulting Asia and Europe.
- Develop and follow up yearly Roadmap for LOOP and PTD Vietnam.
- Provide impulses for further improvement and solving of systematic problems, advice sponsors with information to costs and benefits.
- Participate in the design and communication of the yearly PTD and LOOP Roadmap for Vietnam, harmonized and planned with Regional TIM Leaders, local production management and global stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and performance against the Roadmap in Vietnam; identify, resolve or escalate operational problems and minimize delays.
- Facilitation of complex projects and workshops to improve processes and workspace using LOOP Management System.
- Ensure TPU has the necessary Process and LEAN capability.
- Promote process capability studies in order to provide process optimization and stabilization.
- Responsible for training newly-recruited and/or existing operational engineers.
- Train and guide company colleagues of different departments and hierarchical levels in LEAN mindset and use of LOOP Management System with special focus on Shop Floor Management, Continuous Improvement Process, A3 Problem Solving.

- Responsible and accountable for team yearly spending and yearly budget.
- Ensure own grooming and coaching junior engineers as process owners, trainers and consultants.
- Ensure operational technical issues are handled in a timely and sustainable manner.
Requirements:
- BA/ Master/ Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Electronics / Mechatronics / Material Science
- Min. 5 years of work experience in an international manufacturing company (automotive, electronics, and etc.) and a LEAN management system.
- Extensive Project Management skills / knowledge.
- Min. 5-10 years experiences in leading a process engineering team under a KPI-based production environment
- Good\ experiences in handling one of these technical processes in production and understanding market trends such as electronics interconnection, plastic interconnection, bonding, resin filling, plastic moulding, conformal coating, product printings technologies, surface treatment, material processing and electronics adjustment
