This position is responsible for driving the Energy business growth with aggressive sales target
Responsibilities and duties
- Create business plan, implement go-to-market strategies to penetrate customers and find opportunities selling solution and packages to projects in dedicated segments.
- Assists in planning goals and objectives, develop strategies, tactics, and schedules to meet companies strategic goals
- Maintain long-term relationship with key clients and strategic partners
- Proactively use internal systems to ensure sales force efficiency and foster solution selling and collaboration.
- Coach and Monitor team to achieve orders, ensure customer satisfaction, using KPI’s and reporting to monitor performance
Key requirements
- Bachelor of electrical engineering (master/ overseas study preferred)
- At least 6 years relevant MNC experience and 2 years in managerial level.
- Excellent account management skills for generating solution businesses
- Good knowledge and understanding in Electrical/Automation products
- Good relationship/network with dedicated segments end users and business partners e.g. contractors, consultants
